Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

Bagger costs $7.99 per user per month after a free week, billed on the 1st. Your data is yours and you can download it any time. You're responsible for contacting people lawfully, and you can cancel whenever you like.

These terms are an agreement between Phog, LLC ("Phog", "we", "us") and the organization that signs up for Bagger ("you", "your organization"), including everyone your organization invites. By creating an account or using Bagger you agree to them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind that company.

1. Your account

  • Each organization has one owner, who manages billing, and one or more Admins, who manage people and settings. You're responsible for everything done under your organization's account.
  • Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.

2. Free trial, price and billing

  • Your first 7 days are free. The free week starts when your organization's owner adds a card. Cancel during it and nothing is charged.
  • Bagger costs $7.99 per user per month, plus any applicable taxes. Every active user counts, whatever their role.
  • When the free week ends, we charge for each user for the rest of that month, by the day. After that, we bill on the 1st of each month, in advance, for the month ahead.
  • Someone added during a month is charged for the days left in that month on the next 1st, then monthly. Someone removed keeps access to the end of the month and isn't charged again.
  • Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
  • If a payment fails, your organization's access is paused until it's paid. The owner can still update the card, and Admins can still download your data.
  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

3. Cancelling

The owner can cancel at any time in Admin › Billing. Your organization keeps access to the end of the month already paid for. After that we keep your data, so you can come back or download it, until you ask us to delete it.

4. Your data

  • Everything your team puts into Bagger belongs to your organization. You can download all of it at any time, including after you cancel.
  • You give us permission to store and process that data only as needed to provide Bagger to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You're responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal information you put into Bagger, including details of the people you contact.

5. Contacting people lawfully

Bagger helps you plan and keep track of sales outreach; you and your team send the messages and make the calls. When you do, you must follow the laws that apply, which may include the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and do-not-call rules, Canada's anti-spam law, the GDPR and others, as well as the terms of services you use, such as LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook. In particular you must honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Bagger to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights, or harass, mislead or threaten anyone;
  • store or send malware, or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours;
  • overload, probe or disrupt Bagger, or get around its limits or security;
  • copy, resell or rent Bagger, or build a competing product from it.

7. Changes to Bagger

We improve Bagger continually and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something your organization relies on, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

8. Suspension and ending these terms

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Bagger or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, and we'll let you download your data.

9. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep Bagger available and correct, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claims about Bagger is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and compensate us against claims by others arising from the data your organization puts into Bagger or from your outreach to the people in it, including claims under the laws listed in section 5.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email organization owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Bagger after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both sides agree to their jurisdiction.
